Refund Policy

GianWeb provides fixed-scope website and digital infrastructure services. Refunds are reviewed in good faith based on project stage, completed work, delivered assets, and any unused portion of the package. Clients are encouraged to contact us first so billing or delivery concerns can be resolved directly before a dispute is escalated.
Cancellation before activation
If a client cancels before activation, before onboarding begins, and within seven days of payment, a full refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.

- Subject to a 10% administrative fee
Cancellation after activation
If cancellation occurs after activation, any refund will be prorated based on activated modules, delivered assets, reserved implementation capacity, onboarding work already completed, and package usage, and evaluated jointly by both parties in good faith.

- Final outcome determined case by case
Completed deliverables
No refunds are available for completed deliverables, activated package components, or digital assets that have already been delivered to the client.
Disputes
If you have a concern about billing or delivery, please contact hola@gianweb.com first so we can attempt to resolve it directly in good faith before a chargeback or formal dispute is initiated. If unresolved, disputes are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
