Acceptance of terms
By purchasing or accessing a GianWeb product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase or activation.
Products description
GianWeb provides fixed-price website and digital infrastructure services with defined deliverables, documentation, and support windows where applicable. Current package pricing generally ranges from $500 to $3,000 per core package depending on service type and selected add-ons.

Payment terms
Payments may be accepted through approved checkout providers, ACH, wire transfer, card payments, or other authorized business payment methods depending on the package, client profile, and transaction review. Access and delivery begin after payment terms are accepted and the applicable payment has been confirmed.

Delivery and activation
Each package is sold as a fixed-scope commercial offer. After payment confirmation, GianWeb confirms the package, provides any required intake steps, and delivers the included website, integration, tracking, or automation work according to the selected package.

Intellectual property
Licensed code, product deliverables, and agreed outputs created specifically for a client are delivered to that client upon payment in full. GianWeb retains ownership of its internal tools, proprietary frameworks, reusable templates, workflows, and pre-existing materials used during delivery.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat non-public business, technical, and operational information as confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the product relationship.
Limitation of liability
GianWeb's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase or license is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the relevant products. GianWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate a purchase or license if the other materially breaches agreed obligations and does not cure that breach within a reasonable written notice period. Fees for activated packages, completed modules, delivered assets, and approved add-ons remain due.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
